From 10 February 2016 to 26 February 2016, we welcome Edith Brunette and François Lemieux for a research residency. On February 17, as part of this residency, they presented a documentary. "Cuts Make the Better Country" is a film about drastic cuts in support for the arts that happened in 2011, in the Netherlands. Dutch artists and cultural workers were asked to share their impressions about the effects of these events in their lives.
